Official Nick Punto Fan Club Let's Get FIRED UP!
During the off-season, the Punto played for Italy in the World Baseball Classic. Well, it seems that Nick left the WBC with a whole new group of fans: Italian fans! The NPFC has recently had a large joining of fans from Italy! Pretty cool. So, welcome Italian fans!
On another note guys, I really will be updating the site more frequently now. Really. I will also update the front page so it's not representative of the 2007 season.... haha. I will also update the 100 or so members I have neglected, including our new Italian friends!
Thanks to all the fans who have continued to support the Punto. I know he has been struggling at the plate as of late, but he'll come back. His defense, as usual, is stellar.

Hey Punto fans,
The 2009 season is already underway and Punto has been doing a great job! Currently, Nick is batting .353 with 2 RBIs and a stolen base already under his belt. He is also averaging more BBs than Ks! His fielding is of course, stellar. Needless-to-say, he is off to a good start.
The Nick Punto Fan Club will be updating more frequently, I have just been super busy but will be returning soon enough! (Happy Erica??)
Also, I know I have about 100 members I need to update, I will get on that soon.
